check out the line up to get through, may have to zoom out the map to see it all.

Sometimes, it's little things like this that turn into Swans,,, sometimes white, sometimes Black.

Sometimes, ZI think I'm having a bad day, then I see this, some one(s) are having a much worse day.
So, now, on top of all thwe ships stacked up in South America, now all of these ships are waiting an indefinite period. With already high shipping rates, and backlogs on many commodities and products.
        This swan might justbe black.

I thought it was just truck-driving schools in Brampton, didn’t realize they had schools for ships captains too

Twitter say this is from 5hrs ago,

            https://twitter.com/SuezDiggerGuy/status/1375025667503501312 https://twitter.com/SuezDiggerGuy/status/1375025667503501312

Looks like it might still be awhile before the ship is freed. That excavator might look small, but if you've ever stood next to (even a cruise ship), you know it isn't small at all.

Wow that live map is crazy, it is unbelievable how many ships are waiting, what the hell would the cost of all of this be?

What are the implications? Oil from the middle east and goods from the far east get scarce in Europe while those goods are diverted to markets elsewhere. Maybe farm equipment parts will make it over here now in time for spring work.

Lloyd’s of London estimate about 400 million per hour, just a little more than what it costs for the CN main line to be down.
