      Yesterday kind of reminded me and felt like spring of 2002 with the hot wind that blew straight out of south all the time.

          Long range forecast calls for warmer than normal summer and dryness western states and prairies. This is setting up for a bad outcome.

              Fair bit of SW wind here last couple weeks, brought warm temps, fields mostly bare with very minimal run off. However saw this and it explains everything quite well.
