Didn't see geese but heard them, no crows yet. Ran into half a dozen neighbors at dump day so spring is close !

False spring. No crows yet. Our 3 travellers are back too but they’re usually early.

We have have a few unusually cold nights this past week. Hasn't warmed up much thru the day either, barely melting in the sheltered spots.

Forecast is for above freezing most of the coming week. Crows are making more racket again, and some ravens.

Around here the geese and ducks stay year round ther is open water by the power plant. There seem to be more all the time.

Going to find out if those too many SOB's can raise a family with no water bodies on the landscape.

Curious how geese would know to come back a month earlier than usual.

These ones have to be hunkering down somewhere over winter here.
