The new look of Seattle's city council has put the downtown area against the ropes, total social breakdown.
Totally unbelievable.

The first part of this doc is about drug users, police and battles, but at the 37:00 mark shows how the judges are pressured to basically give those few that are charged a free pass, then goes on to hear interviews and the mind set of some of the council members . . . . Seattle is in big trouble with this crew at the helm, again totally unbelievable.
