His neighbors are swearing/bitching about the NOISE and DUST for sure. The few acres are a gold plated investment, good for him, unless billionaires suicide him?

It happens here in this country too. When the new runway at the Calgary airport was being built. They were able to acquire all the land they needed except one acreage. An old guy over 80 years old, didn't want to sell. His family saw dollars signs but he wouldn't budge.

Because they were going to take a couple years or more to build they worked around him until the very end. I think he died before they opened the new runway. They said for years there were cats and ukes running 24 hrs a day running past his house.
