Freeland is just as loopy as AOC ..
it’s all unfolding before us .

Time will tell , hopefully that’s wrong .
Its amazing how fast opinion can change, not very long ago everyone on here was in love with the 1%. I guess mabey some have figured it out that you will never get to that 1% status and are being used by them to hold thier position.

Some of you may recall the early 2000s when our leaders touted the consumer-ownership society, that more consumers was a good thing for the world, get on the train and shared prosperity ensues.

Looks like the global elites had a rethink about that one because it sure the h ell looks like they want stuck in place feudal tax slaves while they own everything while siphoning off our GDP for virtue signaling in the 3rd world.

And that article is spot on, they found out how fast they can force changes, how much people will take and even found a willing army of know nothing shamers to help the cause. Many people are happy to be lorded over. Terrifying.

How will they get farmers off the land? Same way they did it in the depression?

How can that be, dont you read the posts on here. Most are ready to go on welfare, or picking bottles just to stay afloat. Prices so low imputs so high, rent out of whack. APOCALYPSE

Hyperbole isn't your friend here, horse.

You know as well as anyone that a farmer or rancher can have a couple of million in listed assets and barely be able to squeeze out a livelihood from those holdings.

Yet, by virtue of having said assets, finds herself or himself in that once-vaunted category with its misleading and unrealistic implications.

And I speak as a small farmer who fits perfectly in that classification.
