      60 x 10 = 600 / 45 ( actual yield ) = 13.30 On your canola crop....it might get there but that one statement from Townsend cost producers a tonne of money...
Enlighten me. What does Sheldon Cooper have to do with math? Isn't he a farmer west of SToon?

              Cow day here again.

Brought home the last bunch of pairs and vaccinated the calves. Everything is good till weaning at Christmas or sometime like that now. Still got grass for a couple weeks or more yet.

Managed to run away for a few days last week to Radium since the hot springs opened up again. Went salmon fishing in the Columbia River without much luck. At Field BC we checked out the Takakkaw Falls and it’s like 1,000 foot drop.

Quite the trail to get there too. Double switchbacks like this.

Probably half the neighborhood is done and the other half has a way to go. Blew a straw chopper belt on some wet green canola and couldn’t find one otherwise we’d be done too. Borrowed one from my buddy since the nearest one is 250 miles away. Should be dry-ish tomorrow after today’s rain and then it’ll be a wrap. Hopefully can be done combining for turkey on Saturday since that hasn’t happened in 25 years or more............ probably just jinxed myself.

              Good luck y’all 🍀
