Toronto real estate agent Desmond Brown said he isn’t overly surprised by the property's selling price, as it is located in "one of the hottest locations in the city."
"There's still a huge trend towards getting a top urban location," Brown told CTV News Toronto on Thursday. "So, just ignore the fact that a bungalow is there on the property and concentrate on the fact that this is land value."
"It's close to restaurants, transit, the downtown core. It's a location that everybody in the city looks for."
Commodity Marketing... 14 bids, $1,808,000. selling price. nice house with 2 car garage.

None of that makes sense. This is the internet and not everything you read or see is true. There isn't even enough land where that shack is sitting on to do anything with productively.
I'm a doubting Thomas.

As far as I know the white building could be on the same property as the brick house.Originally posted by farmaholic View PostNone of that makes sense. The BoC buys mortgage debt. Billions of it, essentially injecting new money into housing and by extension land.
It's the mother of all bubbles and when it goes the carnage will destroy farms, families, and businesses. It'll be way worse than anything in 2008 in the USA.
