                  And that wasn't in a field, that was 200' from my shop in the bag yard. SCIC will help pay a cattle producer to fence his bale yard, but grain producers are not afforded the same.

                    Yes there isn’t a shortage of wildlife here. Elk destroying oat fields, bears rolling in the canola swaths. It’s paradise already , no need for UN intervention.
