                Irrigation was mentioned because the province needs them on board to help finance it and get the appropriate approvals.....they use the phucking stupid excuse that the shelves went empty...


                100000 acres and very little of the existing irrigation acres are used for vegetables...

                Its a mind numbingly stupid project.

                    I say spend that irrigation money on the goat trail they call roads so every citizen can benefit.
