      I thought Alberta Clippers were supposed to be warmer in Alberta. False advertising!

      Although I guess +9 is better than -8....

      Either way, better find the sheets to tuck the garden in.

              I hope you are talking about the windchill.
              -4C windchill doesn’t turn canola to pepper but a -4C temperature for 5 hours does.

                    We are harvesting tough canola to mitigate the risk of swaths flipping or scattering. Only to take on storage risk.
                    Aeration fans will be howling a while yet I guess. Was swathed from the 23-26th. Hope it's a "wet" tough and not an "uncured" tough.
