I would trust German engineering over John Deere engineering. John Deere =>"Brand marketers" selling themselves. Aka...."green Macdon swathers" Brandt may as well paint their Ag equipment John Deere green.....they sold their soul to the devil anyway.

Pound for po7ndi used to think my tr96 was great. Then 99 now my trusty ole 670 claas got it with 1100 hours on it.
Pushing 3000 now reliable can fix most stuff ourselves had 4 t ha barley last year gobbled it up.
But 6000 plus acres almost need a second combine but plenty of guys here do 16000 plus with twocombines

There was an article in the British magazine, Classic Tractor, a few years back about Massey testing a successor to the 860. The article included a picture of it side by side with a White 9700 rotary. When White finally went broke Massey bought the combine division and sold the rebadged White rotaries. Not often but occasionally you just harvest full throttle stop for refuel shit piss feed and if your under 30 a bonk.
