    My simple mind...

    I read a few articles stating that the railways are investing in grain movement....so while we as farmers are treated like shit....we are also the one industry that will keep many people and companies very busy with our ability to still produce a product that will be exported.

    Ask yourself this....if the acres could be seeded this year ...did they get seeded? There isn't vacant land around here...any chemfallow is for cleanup and more than likely will have something on it before winter....rye of winter wheat...

    So since we are really the last industry standing ....why are we treated so poorly?

    I think I know the answer but just a start to the discussion.
