US has a similar program for immigrants who get fast tracked approval.

I agree an election this fall would be the best case scenario for Skippy for sure and the lefties will be outraged when their magical cheque’s quit arriving in December. A BQ leader with sexual assault allegations might actually improve his popularity in Quebec. (Just look at Trudeau and Layton for example.)
