Would make more sense to put sensors on every cell tower and mothballs that ancient bullshit they never seem to want to turn on. Holy phuck balls is this country incompetent. Cell towers get built everyday..... and they function.

We will die of climate change because govt is incapable of protecting us, just like the gd flu.
