    Feed wheat

Has anyone threshed over wintered wheat and found a market for it. My local grain buyer is saying maybe $5.75 a bushel, but it’s not good looking sample. Thinking of just working it down, might be further ahead.

What's wrong with 5.75 for spring thrashed wheat. I'd take that and run.

Yeah considering 1-13.0 is 6.50 I would as well.

Agree . . . U.S. spring thresh corn from North Dakota may be railed into southern Alberta soon at a much cheaper price.

Sold my spring thrash for 5.85 bu. Grain corp Vegreville. The stuff I took of wet last fall fetched $6 as a #2 12.0 pro. After drying charges, did slightly better on spring thrash. Over wintering advance and wildlife likely will compensate for most of the shrink from overwintering.

Feed wheat was about $5.50 here, too far from feedlot alley. Then the local mills and hog barns get to buy it from us for Lethbridge price less freight there.
