New disasters in Europe. Both were slow to react. Boris was slow to act and thought herd immunity would work. Putin tried to close off Russia from the rest of the world. Both showed their ignorance of the problem. Russian hospitals don't even have enough O2. Firefighters are retrieving bodies from nursing homes in Britain.
