No, he hasn’t spent it because there is nothing to spend. He applied and he definitely qualifies, they just haven’t started processing it. The numbers work, there should be no problem, maybe that’s why they haven’t started- supposedly.

Absolutely NOTHING, because it's the same bunch of wimps that were sitting and clapping in the commons while Hall of Fame Ritz Cracker was doing all his gutting of Ag programs. Pretty tough to open their mouths knowing they supported Cracker and will have egg thrown on their ***** faces!

Didn't the Liberals start Agstab and Agivest, and Cracker made it even harder to collect?

These programs are not put in place for Farmers. They are put in place so they can give jobs to people in cities where all the people are that vote.

The Government screws up everything it touches so i try and have any contact with them in anyway!

You can't complain about the gutting of the programs and blame the Conservatives when the Liberals , NDP and Greens have had five budgets to advance improvements. Either they agree with the present program or they don't. What is it?

You can't complain about Conservatives unless you acknowledge how little Ag means to the rest of them.
