Looks like the 4 week reprieve of manufacturing in Wuhan solved some problems???????

Although watching the local weather yesterday the record low for the day was minus 29.5 in 1978??????

And for today its was minus 28 in 1899 and plus 21 in 1991....so i guess we are somewhere in between...

Just might be a bit hard on those great looking winter wheat crops .
Winter wheat never seems to get really hurt , tough as nails , but maybe something to watch .

Who knows , but usually never much of a reaction to frosts on winter wheat . Time will tell.
