Can there even be a no-confidence vote in the future if this thing gets passed? The NDP can lend enough support to make it happen?

Sounds like this has been pulled at the last minute after opposition parties raised a stink.

You should know that Rona Ambrose was calling for this to be enacted. Maybe she wasn't qualified to run after all.

I want to know if I should invest $200k in this years crop or not. Imagine growing an average crop and then having it seized 'for the good of the country' by this little asshole. A few thousand in chem fallow might be the best course of action right now. Live to fight another year because no income on a year of average inputs would bury the average farm.
