I think they are the one place in NA that are ahead of the curve at least a little bit.

I was going to take my kids out last wed already but kept sending them. Our school even took my kids to an old folks home for a visit. Not thinking.

Very poor information and communication all around. Should have been better identified and acted on a month ago.

Exactly - who knows, who cares what race a snowbird is... if you are a Canadian yes welcome home... thank you for your years of paying taxes and contributing to this nation. I can think of 12 couples who have arrived home and now staying at home for 14 days. Not all snow birds will but I bet a lot of them will honour the self quarantine for a two week period. Non-citizens not sure I can say the same... some maybe but most no...
