Oil is cyclical according to the article - makes sense. Trying to find where Trump saddled the industry and/or sub industries with meaningful and necessary regulations and studies... did he require gender impact studies? Just asking for a friend.

Neighbors boy works for Slumber J, currently working in Germany but has been in Midland, Texas the last few years. He happened to visit last week and I asked him about this. He said that the boom and bust cycle in texas is way faster than we are used to here and has other factors than oil prices. He said landlords will not sign leases during the down times because before the year is up rents will have doubled because of the next boom. The apartment he was in had 2 prices, depending on pilfield activity.

Cant also be that bad cause I have another neighbour that gave up a plant job here to work down there, commutes back and forth for 2 week shifts.
