    Rhetoric

Reading on weekend about world economy Australian etc and China and its influence and dominance.

Ps this guy is as right wing as you get and a leading economicst.

Basically said last 4 weeks have one shown how strong China actually is and two the world needs it to recover and quickly.

Who gonna lead the world out of the mess China.

Lots of talk Australia must get back into steel making and all the things we don’t do anymore and China does, s@dly ain’t gonna happen, one lack of finance to lack ability to compete and lastly climate change etc things just will not start up again will never get to first base and fourthly even if Australia could produce stuff but is 25% more than Chinese equivalent what are people gonna buy.

Farm equipment according to suppliers would go up another 15% if non Chinese steel was used.

Jazz said above China experiment has failed, well this guy polar opposite shows why China has succeeded and will continue.

A example farming so Canadian company A wants to supply and manufacture all the glyphosate in Canada and let’s say same price ya reckon it would get of the ground?

Here in oz we have one single Australian manufacturer left of chems I support them for 95% of my needs but there swamped and can’t keep up. Good thing existing customers got priority.

End of rant sorry jazz love your patriotism.

Interesting times, India is only other country that may counter produce stuff but there way behind China.

Here It was the result of governments letting N.A. companies “outsource” .... chickens come home to roost now ... and the worst was Obama and Hillary.. they sold out America.
Not sure how or when Australia outsourced your manufacturing.
In Canada it just been a slow drain over the past few decades, the slow turn to socialism here has been driving businesses away for a while .

In a free market isn't capital supposed to go the most profitable places to do business?

Many multinational corporations set up shop in China and other cheap labour countries because they could make more money!

I have two garage door openers both same make and quality.
First one made in USA $ 600.00
Second one made in Mexico $ 250.00
Thank you Unions for bringing the price down.
