    Just 25,000 votes meant the difference between 20 seats going to the LPC and others instead of CPC. Skippy just slipped in by the skin of his teeth. He basically has almost no mandate.

    I can see why the CPC is anxious to take another run at him.

          I was just looking at some Angus Reid numbers for the youngster, I was surprised to see a big increase for Manitoba. These numbers are 5 weeks old.

          The next poll out will give us a better understanding of the average IQ of the Canadian voter.
