It's been a sink hole for Canadian taxpayers money for decades....why are the loans not getting paid back as they sell off divisions or assets or the intellectual property?

They are selling their private jet division to Textron. ..in merger talks about rail unit....and sold the C series to airbus....

Where is the ROI to Canadians that have been funding this white elephant for decades....
