      Thanks for the heads up. I am going to try and make the annual meeting. Yes I am unhappy if we loose royalty free access to pulse varieties. I could live with the non refundable levy because of the pulse seed that we use. If we lose this then I sure want to have the opportunity to get my levy back. I have always felt that we got good value because of what we created. Pulses have changed our farm over the past 20 years. If I have to pay to have the seed developed and then pay high seed cost every year and even pay a fee just to save seed then there is a huge problem for the farmer. At the end of the day almost all other groups have a refundable status and it seems to work.
