A petition for us farmers to receive more revenue share from what we produce. Or less market corruption on the cost side would do us farmers and the west a hell of a lot more good than worrying about some oil that we re going to have to subsidize every barrel that gets produced.

Would not matter. NDP, Bloc and Liberals would ignore it. They don't want Western oil, they just want your tax money. Just like the 13 colonies, King Trudeau could care less what the peasants want. You should be content to just live in the glorious motherland of Canada.

I read somwhere online that all of this goes back to the first fight with the NEP and evil SOB Trudeau Sr.

The NEP was to garuntee a relaiable supply of western oil for the east which was a good goal until it was determined to set the price below world markets which caused invesment and production to stall in the west. During the fight, Ab connected up with US markets in retaliation and the east went foreign.

We are still fighting that original battle from 40 yrs ago.
