Take a straw vote online. And lay off AT LEAST 50% of the staff. You can’t afford them. And the industry can’t afford them.

Save the farmers. Realize more income. You are feeding a monster bureaucracy. Band together and get rid of a minimum of 50%. More in a month and if they don’t start performing. Pars
