    Harvest restart ...

Anyone able to get going anywhere ?
Nothing moving here , and depends on the next few days. Probably be a week before anyone gets harvesting again here if we get the edge of this snow system.
Still have 600 ac standing wheat , and watching this snow system very close . If it stays south of here we are better off to leave it stand .

Good to hear 👍. We got real wet here again a few days ago. We will be 4-6 days yet if we don’t get snow .
All our crop is matured out just need to get it reasonably tough to start again

Going to swath some standing wheat, quality already gone, trying to preserve quantity.
Will not be too disappointed if we miss snow and it is wasted effort.

Couple more fields of canola will go before we catch up to the swather. Canary, buckwheat and flax aren't ready to go.

Accuweather has 15 days of fair weather in their forecast for October after this system passes. I’m going with that....

Have been poking into mustard... it's right on the line.

If it's tough today, I might swap concaves and go clean up the pea low spots.

No block heater on the old combine and certainly no heated shop. Starting the combine is a two man job these days. One cranking it over, the other squirting ether. It's still September...
