I don't put much faith in credit agencies, Moody's, Standard and Poor and Fitch, after the way they contributed to the subprime mortgage meltdown in 2007, I still think dozens of white collar people should have been jailed as a result, but as we know here in Canada white collar criminal investigations stall and eventually are forgotten.
