The most honest statement in the report is "No amount of money can compensate you for ...." If only our federal government would heed that statement.

The optimist in me says this is a good thing. Some money and resources like therapists and mental health support to overcome the issues with poverty and abuse. The pessimist in me says most people collecting the money are old enough to buy a new truck/SUV.
I genuinely would love to hear success stories from this settlement but my gut tells me this opportunity is going to be squandered. Its sad, I did not grow up in this fashion so I do not know what to suggest to improve it.

First "glimpse" of the initial thread posted link, I doubt there is a solution to this issue that will EVER satisfy the affected. Ever.

Decades(generations) to create this ****en disaster, it will take all of that again to hopefully fully correct it, maybe less with a WILLINGNESS AND THE ABILITY TO SEE THE NEED TO CHANGE from and by those affected.

            what's that saying about insanity?.......

I could be wrong , but I will take a wild guess at where that money is coming from ...... the wealth transfer carbon tax
Proof it was never intended for “green projects” or clean energy. Fully intended as the UN spear headed wealth transfer ... sucked out of the middle working class while leaving the ultra rich unscathed
