Third your telling me that crop insurance and agristability is so shitty that incomes of farmers would be so poor that the exonomy would be in a deficit if there was a frost that would effect some not all of the crop?

Maybe you should have went for a good decent agri program which would have meant more dollars from the feds injected into the province. But instead shortsitedness not wanting to put any provincial money into the program is costing the province lots of lost revenue on years like this.
