Is it already too late or are they willing to accept current MRLs?

Just think how it would change some farm's operations if it was completely lost for preharvest weed control.

The crop woukd either have to stand there forever or there would be "BUY THE SWATHER" campaign.

I have been trying to trade swather for a newer one....when did dealers start " we don't want your trade" when they have an opportunity to reduce their high priced inventory for a trade of lower value ...I thought that was their business....

It seems I might as well get an RBA account and move shit through them...

If your trade is not a fast seller they don’t want it. And they want to give you auction values for your trade.

Above it was mentioned that few farmers are misusing preharvest roundup. But the problem is that some are misusing it and it is going to cost all producers. There should be complaint line that you call and report the dumb asses.

My neighbor was spraying his peas this week with roundup and heat. Most of the field was that mix of ripe and pale green just like it should be, BUT 10% of the field is dark green peas in the low spots and wetter areas. That 10% of the field is where the risk of getting roundup into the seeds is occuring. Guys like this need to be reported, so someone can come out and talk to them before they screw everyone. This guy is in a perpetual rush to be the first guy done and doesn't really care if everyone else gets hurt.

Farmers need to do a better job on some issues. 70-90% compliance is not good enough. Hard part is how do you get the message out. Seems the older generation reads papers, listens to the radio and watches tv, the young generation only does social media and netflix. What needs to be done to get the message out to everyone?

If glyphosate kills seed germ... Why would i/we/any consumer want to eat those seeds? BEFORE 30% seed moisture level assures high chemical residue level...

Hvk is not needed for good milling quality... Good falling number is. SWATHING IS GOOD!!! especially if done at the 'right' time... instead of chemicals....

WE ARE WHAT WE EAT...AND THINK...AND what we eat DOES CHANGE HOW WE THINK....WHICH CHANGES HOW WE ACT. Hmmm pass the Lentil stew... Jazz we still need pulses... even if they do cause gas!
