      Could be record yields around here, depending how many acres a field has lost to drowning out. But will need a later than average frost date.

        Glass half empty guys like to downplay expectations, growers generally try to keep estimates moderate in order to avoid disappointment.
        Railways used 2013 smaller crop forecast as reason to switch grain transport capacity to oil.
        Best to keep our forecasts as accurate as we can.

          So everyone else in the Industry gets to operate under the cloak of secrecy but Producer's are supposed to offer full disclosure?
