            The soybeans need this heat to make them pop.

            Meanwhile, the spuds didn't surface until May 30, three days later than last year.

            This looks like the year for peas in this area. Just wow on even germination.

              Just 23 here in the NE with a stiff wind out of the NE that if you are in it, wonder if you should get a jacket. NE wind gets you rain on a wet year but this year it is always windy from the NE and never brings rain.

                I always thought a N.E. wind ushered in rain too....but now that I am a much more "astute" weather watcher($sarcasm)I don't think it means **** all either.
