    If I remember right wasn’t there a bunch of hoar frosts last fall that should have had a bunch of rain falling about now?

      Was thinking same thing
      Yup this was the time , so throw that folklore out the window , lol .
      Probably as accurate as any modern forecast model

              Yup last week's scare of mega inches would have been the time..
              Maybe that map was them going by the hoar frost. Lol..
