What the media and political talking heads say ..... “it’s a shining example”
What real people are saying ....

There seems to be a disconnect as to what the real story is ...... imagine that lol

Ya, but, they can always just install solar panels on every roof and not need any fossil fuel powered energy, after all, where most of BC's population lives, the sun has been known to shine for up to 3 days total some winters, it's not like they go months at a time without seeing the sun. But, they could always install them further inland and higher elevations where the sun does break through sometimes, Whistler (for example) only receives 458 inches of snow per year, should be no problem keeping those panels cleaned off and running at full capacity all winter.

Or they could just build more hydro dams, considering their topography/elevation and abundant precipitation, BC is perfectly suited to hydro, oh, except they are violently opposed to any new hydro dams, it was even the key election issue for the parties who decided to join forces last time.

I think this lady is just a whiner, she wants lights, AND heat, what does she think this is, 2019, in an energy rich first world nation or something?

So a $1.60+/liter is too much? Who would have thought? First World problems run-a-muck when common sense and reality part ways.

Even Premiere John Horgan has said he is considering stepping in!

Perhaps someone should point out how expensive gas would become without pipelines or tankers, since that seems to be their goal.

Gas at the pumps here has risen from a $1 to $1.269 a litre in less than 2 months. The carbon tax was responsible for 4c of that rise yet that small amount is going to break us all and ruin the economy and life as we know it? Imagine what oil company profiteering and collusion are going to do then.

Every service company involve in oil also has to charge carbon tax, we are at the end of the line so it’s passed on to us. If you thought gas was only going to increase 4c your dreaming. Just wait until we get the seed tax only we won’t be able to pass that on just pay as usual.

So many heads ....so few brains....

The daughters of the vote walked out of Scheer's speech but the daughter they asked why.....didnt know why they walked out...

Thats not the women I want running the country......

Its the same with carbon, glyphosate, weather aka climate change etc etc.

                    No one correlates facts...

Here is a fact ...a few years ago they said that the forest fires saved our crops....so the next time we are in trouble with a heat wave in July and August they should start those large fires and let them burn????
