Isn't that for an average household family of four?

What does an elderly couple get? A single person? A family of 6?

Ontario family of four gets little over $300, New Brunswick is lowest with $256.

Math says it may cover 1/4 the carbon tax cost on my farm fuel, which is a ****ing joke.

Only on the trucking of it so far in Alberta. Anything that moves using clear diesel will have some carbon tax in the price.

If you ignore the fact that farm fuel is exempt - denying that makes for a better story though.

The top line of that card says "Pollution has a cost. It impacts the air we breath, our children's health, and our economy."

Would one of our left leaning friends explain how carbon is harmful to our children's health and harmful for the economy?

The way i understand it is more carbon the plants can suck up the more oxygen they will expel?
I don't understand how killing the economy in Western Canada will improve the economy maybe explain how that works?

So youre saying they don’t absorb the cost like the farmers do? seems fair.....
