The bill is in the senate. Alberta has 6 senators, Sask 6. Ontario and Quebec have 48. Might as well book it, its a done deal. Hope it can be amended if sheer can get in there.

Rick Peterson said 90 days will tell the tail on the bill. Need 22 Senators to agree with the conservative Senators. Rick said if the bill goes thru it will just as bad as the nation energy program in the early eights.
