Well the Retarded sister gets its direction from Soy! HAHAHA i said so.

Canola at Mercy of Soybean Futures

The ICE canola market is currently at the mercy of the soybean market as it awaits this week’s G20 meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Donald Trump, says a post on agcanada.com.

“We’ve got the big pop in the soybeans in anticipation of some positive developments at this weekend’s G20 meetings… we are getting some lift here,” said Keith Ferley of RBC Dominion Securities in Winnipeg.

Chicago Board of Trade soybean contracts are back up close to recent highs as optimism about the U.S./China meeting has pushed them higher. Canola hasn’t increased quite as much, though, and isn’t near its November highs. Soyoil has been on the upswing with the rest of the soy complex, which has been supportive for canola. Other global oilseeds, such as palm oil, haven’t benefitted from the soyoil rally.

I said all along Canada will not gain a penny with the trump fight with China. China is smart and Canadians are totally stupid on selling.

Canola is priced off Soy always has always will. The American price dropped by an amount that trump is subsidizing and the price has held.

Canola dropped in relation to that and we eat the loss because of our genius can't figure out what's happening or its the market.

Well, get used to getting screwed another year on our great crop.

seed costs up and fert. up and keep growing it Mr farmer we love that you're making nothing.

Let's screw you on Wheat prices for seed next because why not.

Americans are also smart drag out harvest till it's to late and get paid insurance instead of on the grain.

In Canada, our gov are licking their chops as we finished harvest and there all off the hook.

Ah, farming in what once was the breadbasket of the world now is slowly becoming the Basket Case of the world. Lets ship oil out of Alberta by rain and you wonder how well our grain will move.
