    Could not figure out how the government thinks they will collect 22B more in taxes over the next 5 years than their last projection. Especially with the energy industry on the ropes. Sunny ways. Mind you they are doing more audits than ever before.

      Enter the carbon tax .... , it will off load some of the “social” programs from the feds to the provinces.
