In short, nothing. Higher cost of carry so look for spreads from spot to further out to increase. Record shorts in bonds and odds are it'll kick them out here within the next week. Its easier to see the long term trend then the short term direction. Expect higher taxes as govt cost to borrow increases stifling growth.
