Well, Trudeau and friends get Nafta signed and today is election day in Quebec good timing I guess. Dairy protected but what did he give up. Probably everything to do with western Canada.

But the snow this morning again and 7-day forecast is same shit for another 7 days What the F#$K is going on.

Let's drop climate change and put more CO2 into the atmosphere if it means warming up.

I can't remember a mid sept to October this cold. and miserable.

Oh well well keep chugging but it really sucks.

you have to think that the natural volcanos and forest fires have somethings to do with it...which by extension might have also had a link to the typhoons changing the jet stream ...

I think there is still time but before this shit weather hit most crops were just mature....if we pushed any harder we would have had green in everything....

Thats the story the media is missing ....the crop up north wasn't ready to harvest yet anyway...

Swathed canola finally hit 9% last night around 4pm, just 8 hrs before the snow arrived. Unreal.

Our good luck changed and now every shower or rain event or snow event hits our area. Buddy just phoned and no need to rush out as its white again. only an inch.

THat Case has to go it started the snow events and hasn't let up. I must have angered the Deere gods.

Good thing I didn't get the Massey or winter would set in.

Still laughing but it's getting sick already.

Plan changes starting today. Did cut around the last fields of hrs and harvested will make fire guard in case its over Burn next spring.

We will concentrate on remaining fields of Canola and dry as soon as the snow goes.

In about 1976, we had a half section of Canola left when it started raining and it poured and pounded the swaths into the ground for all of six weeks. The swaths turned just black with mold and most of the pods popped. The Leader Post came out to film the conditions. That was when we bought a new Tox in Winnipeg so we could custom-dry grain all winter for neighbours. 👎

Ground turning white here from %40 chance. Got going for one day.
I'd better not run into a carbon dioxide denier today.

Snowing here this morning again. Haven't turned a wheel in 3 weeks. Hand thrashed some standing canola yesterday tested 13. Certainly a cold dreary forecast!

Made go decision based on low humidity and cold temps. Even if wheat is 19-20.
<2 wks grinding left and Halloween coming. So take all wheat at 20 and canola 15 ish or whatever. And white piss coming from the sky after 1 frackin day. Got over the % 30 mark done tho.

Canola is down this morning, beans are up double digits. Dollar is rocketing due to the hard work our PM did. 👎👊🤬
Millions and millions of $$$$$ out in the field and markets dropping like flys.

Showers north and south of here this morning. Swathed canola west of unity at 11. East of unity Mine down to 16.8 . Dropped a point a day. Sure would be nice to miss one for a change. Neighbours going on standing wheat and canola. Dryers in terminals have 10 day supply to dry.
                          Cutting people off.
                          Joy joy joy

You are a year too late, get in line, auctions all booked up, nobody wants to farm after this crop... 2013 and 2017 were the best times to quit around here!
