Crazy! Real nice oats here about 180 tonne.

So what is the Canadian advantage? Pay more and get less.

        Drought guys drought.

The world is a tad slow it seems taking notice.

In tonnes were a mere ripple in the pond but export tonnes guess were ranked about number 6 or 7 so guess we affect the balance sheet to some degree.

There are wheat field around here east of Edmonton that are almost that green as well on Sept 25. We have had about 10 nights minor frost on it but not the big one yet. That is coming in the next couple of days. This is land that was not seeded last year because too wet, then pre worked this spring so it did not germinate until after the May 30 rain, and now because of the continuously shitty weather for the past 6 weeks did not ripen either. Smoke, haze, and now cold cloudy, snowy weather and it did not mature.

Oats were going out of Canada for just under 300 CAD a tonne in July.
Forecasts for a 600,000 tonne ending stock in Canada.
                $48/t USD freight to Adelaide
Somebody better get on the phone. Although I suppose oats in the field yet may be an issue

Not entirely sure but think that crop got minus 4 c one night minus 3 the next and about a warm minus one last sat night to finish it. And possibly 5 hours of frost each time
