K+S potash sues for 180 million and part of it is for lost production....think about it when a dealer does substandard work that slows your seeding spraying or harvest...

When I came home to farm I was and still am that farmers pay repair bills where the job is done poorly or something doesn't work right while waiting for more repairs....

I guess this is only for big business....dont hurt your dealer with a 10 million dollar shop or the input retailer back by a billion dollar fertilizer giant....nope just pay the bill.

The real beauty of this from K+S perspective is that they will be paid for potash not produced during a time in which there was no market for the potash if it had been produced. Prices have been in the toilet for a while. Better off lucky than smart.
