Northwest Moose Jaw or Elbow areas

Traveling up to Douglas Park, and was wondering what condition Hwy #42 is in from Moose Jaw?
Potholes? Under repair work now? Does it have paved aprons?

Anybody familiar with Hwy # 749 , from Elbow to Girvin?
Is it paved? what condition? or is it gravel?

Would appreciate road condition advice, as we'll be pulling a camper.
    Thanks in advance.

To Elbow from eyebrow is the shits. Eyebrow to Moose Jaw all new.

That Wall guy fixed only part of the highways....the closer you got to the cities the better you felt travelling....the trip home didn't matter because you are just happy to be home...

#42 from Tuxford to Eyebrow is totally finished now, Eyebrow to east junction of #19 is rough and east junction of #19 to the river crossing is normal. As for the other road mentioned I do not know.
