    Check for cutworms

Had to reseed some late canola. We didn’t have cutworm pressure really anywhere on the farm but noticed a later field didn’t seem to be emerging. Busy spraying etc. and we weren’t paying attention like we should have been. They took everything thistles, dandelions absolutely everything. The canola never looked patchy we just never saw it come up. This picture is from one dandelion.

The Lumiderm held them in check here for the most part or we would have been wiped out as well .
Bugger still did a fair amount of damage is a short period tho . Set the canola back a week . Should rebound well this next 5 days 🤞

They hit us last weekendish by scar tissue
Lumiderm worked but they ate a lot

New leaf untouched for 2-3 days now
