East of Calgary. Very spotty so far this year after more snow than there's been in many, many years this winter. Runoff did no good at all.

Eastern guys could do well shipping hay or greenfeed back to some guys around here.?

Where I live we are talking tenths of rain not inches. Last time I can say there was a true inch was Oct 2016. This yr we have have received 2 inches, biggest amount was 6 tenths. It’s been so variable!! This past wk had 3 tenths at the yard 6 miles north or south 5-8 tenths. Crops are actually looking not bad. Would have been nice to get an inch on everything, but I don’t think that’s going to happen this yr.
There is still some rain needed west of me, things look to be going backwards, as there hasn’t been hardly a drop to speak of.
June is the rain month so hoping for a good shot yet. March had a wk of fog, have it marked on calander rain from June 14-21, let’s hope it hits one of the days.

The thunderstorms seem to be following the same path every day or two. Montana has sent us their blessings and instead of the clouds splitting just west of Regina, they are building and so far since May 30, there have been varying amounts in rain gauges between 4.5 and 5.2 inches. It’s been years (like about 20) since we’ve seen rains like this. I think our water tables are back to 2011 levels. It’s wet in Gumbo Flats Bigzee.
