Russia beat us to the punch again

While we're squabbling and cancelling billions in LNG projects, pipelines, etc, and idiot liberals try to justify their idiocy...

Russia is shipping CNG from the arctic. All those sanctions from Canada and the USA mean SFA... Russia/China/South America/East Asia... Huge and growing market that is becoming increasingly autonomous of the US/EU/Canada "NATO" sphere of influence.

Dumbo has no way out. He never fought against Quebec for Energy East and that has set the precedence. To do so against BC, which is Liberal friendly is political suicide when facing an election in a year and a half.

Horgan campaigned against Kinder. Majority of BC knew what was on the table when they went to ballot box and majority rules.

I don't think he's overly worried about BC electorally, but he's scared shitless of his prospects in Quebec! If there's one thing Quebec poliwonks think is sacrosanct it's provincial turf. Whether or not this pipeline, since it crosses provincial boundaries, and is therefore unquestionably federal jurisdiction, many in Quebec won't see the distinction. Lose Quebec, and he loses his majority building coalition.

It's one hell of a wall he's backed up against. One entirely of his own making.

Was just reading an article from FN Chief Bellegarde. He declared pipeline would not be built, regardless of Canada's interest. He said it was against the national interest of First Nations and they would take Canada to task via the UN's treatment of aboriginals obligations if Trudeau thinks differently.

This sure makes politics more interesting. Something to tie me over until Ontario election in June.

              Klause is absolutely right.
40 years of greenpeace and suzuki.
Neither Trust Fund Trudeau or the above mentioned will understand or have to pay any consequences.

China the worlds largest importer of oil only pays in Yuan/gold as of last week.
