Did you guys say a while back

Was there a grain farm gonna be on discovery channel another "reality" show?

I get a kick out of moonshiners.

Not so much the interbred brown family on alaskan bush people.

And my sons favourite from a few years back turtle man whats happened to him, tax man got him? Fake wild animals? Fake live action? He got kicked out of kentucky? Ernie an neil started a bluegrass band?

All aussie kids loved turtle man after our own crocdile hunter steve Irwin passed on needed a new hero.

I believe the show followed a BTO outfit south of Brandon, Manitoba. Former dairy farmers, now big grain. One of the "actors" is on here from time to time (usually Combine Forum) maybe he can shed light on the possible future.

Mallee, the world misses Steve Irwin but we have Bindi and she is terrific.

Yes, it's in production as we speak, its called " Ghetto Farming on Western Canada's Prairie Frontier", featuring a Sandbox farmer from the Slum of the Ghetto who is an atypical example of farmers... a bitching and moaning, whining and complaining, slack-assed, hick, back forty stubble jumper.

The sequel for next season is being shot on a Utopian style farm comparable to the Garden of Eden, one episode features an Australian guest's visit and follows them around for a day but has trouble keeping up to their rowdy behavior and nightlife. The Ghetto series will be horribly boring in comparison, all business no pleasure.

The production company is taking submissions for other seasons, any ideas? A different farm or ranch per season. Organic farming, mixed farming, grass fed beef, seed growers, BTO has beens and wannabes......

You perhaps use the phrase "in production" a bit loosely.

The word on the concessions is that the filming was eventually cancelled because when the feature character's overwhelming brilliance wasn't causing whiteouts on the film, his hyper-inflated ego kept knocking the cameras over.

        BWAHAHAhahahaaaa!

Aahh, it was nothing and indeed you've said much.

But these constant protestations of the life of a ghetto farmer makes one want to check it out sometime to verify both the qualities of the area and the character that would persist in the face of such adversity!

If you weren't born here you wouldn't farm here, also quitters never win and winners never quit.....or too stoopid to know better.
